– DELIVERY –
Shelter-manufacture.com ships its products worldwide.
Shipping fees include a contribution to packaging and handling costs as well as postage charges.
The amount of these fees is shown in the « cart » section and must be approved by the buyer before confirming each order.
Any applicable customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
The delivery times indicated during the order process are for informational purposes only.
Shelter-manufacture.com will make its best efforts to have the order processed within an average of 7 days and a maximum of 30 business days from the day following the payment of the order.
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during your order, the shipping address may be different from your billing address.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
– WARRANTY – RETURN –
Within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of their order, the Client may request SAS SHELTER to return the Product(s).
SAS SHELTER – In accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, the provisions herein cannot deprive the « consumer »of the legal warranty, which obliges the professional « seller » to guarantee the consumer against all consequences of hidden defects in the sold item. The « consumer » is expressly informed that SHELTER is partially the manufacturer of the products presented on the website, within the meaning of Law n°98-389 of May 19, 1998, relating to liability for defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a defect in the product, only the responsibility of the « producer » of that product may be invoked by the « consumer », based on the information provided on the product’s packaging.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 211-4 and following of the French Consumer Code and Articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code, the consumer:
– has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to take action.
– may choose between repairing or replacing the goods, subject to the cost conditions specified in Article L 211-9 of the French Consumer Code.
– is not required to provide proof of the existence of the defect in conformity of the goods during the 6 months following the delivery of the goods.
If you believe that one of your items is defective, non-compliant, or there has been an error in your order, please notify the Returns Service. We commit to exchange it, refund it, or issue a credit, provided it is returned in its original, unopened packaging and accompanied by the invoice from shelter-manufacture.com.
However, items that are returned incomplete or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to you. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.
In the event of a refund, shelter-manufacture.com will reimburse you the full amount of your order within 15 days or less from the date of receipt of the returned package. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
In the case of a product that is non-compliant with the order or defective, you will be refunded based on our standard shipping fees. Please contact Customer Service for further information.

INFORMATION CONCERNING THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and designated by you, physically take possession of the first good.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify SAS SHELTER – 6 Zone Artisanale d’Aléry – 74960 Annecy of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear and unambiguous statement sent by email. You may also complete and submit the withdrawal form or any other clear statement on our website: www.shelter-manufacture.com. If you use this option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium via email.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period to the following address: hello@shelter-manufacture.com.

Effets of Withdrawal:
In the event that you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice, if applicable, of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this reimbursement will not incur any fees for you. We may delay the reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof of having sent back the goods, the date to be considered being the earlier of these two events.
– You must return or hand over the goods to us, SAS SHELTER – 7 rue du bois de Boulogne – 75016 Paris, without undue delay and, in any case, no later than fourteen days after you have communicated your decision to withdraw from this contract. This deadline is considered met if you send back the goods before the expiration of the fourteen-day period.
– You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods. These costs are estimated to be a maximum of approximately 10 EUR.
Under Article L.612-1 of the French Consumer Code, every consumer has the right to use a consumer mediator free of charge for the amicable resolution of a dispute.
