These general terms of sale apply to all sales concluded on the website https://www.shelter-manufacture.com, owned by SHELTER. Any order of a product listed in the online store of https://www.shelter-manufacture.com implies prior consultation and acceptance of these terms of sale.
This website is normally accessible to users at all times. However, interruptions for technical maintenance may be decided by https://www.shelter-manufacture.com, which will make efforts to communicate the dates and times of such interventions in advance.

The price shown in your cart, invoice, or client account is the total price, including all taxes and VAT (20%). It includes the price of the products, handling and packaging fees, and shipping costs. SHELTER SAS reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; however, the price listed in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only one applicable to the buyer.
– SHIPPING –
Shipping costs are calculated based on the country to which the package is sent:
Mainland France – free
European Union – €18
United States of America – €25
Rest of the world – €35
These rates apply to the shipment of one product. Packages are sent via Colissimo with tracking (72 hours in France, up to one week for Europe and worldwide for products in stock).
– ORDER AND SECURE PAYMENT –
The customer confirms their order as described below. This confirmation constitutes acceptance of these general terms of sale. A customer interested in an item displayed on the shelter-manufacture.com website follows the process below to place their order.
After clicking on the « confirm » button and after verifying the details of their order (color, quantity, product, price, etc.), the customer validates the selected product(s) by clicking.
Any order form signed by the consumer with a « double click » constitutes the customer’s irrevocable acceptance of the merchant (Law of March 13, 2000, on electronic signatures), which cannot be challenged under these general terms of sale, and creates an obligation to pay.
If the customer benefits from a special offer, they must first enter a code that has been assigned to them in the designated field. The customer can pay via PayPal, either through their PayPal account or directly by credit card. – DELIVERY –
Shelter-manufacture.com delivers its products worldwide.
Shipping costs include a contribution to preparation and packaging fees as well as postage costs.
The amount of these fees is indicated in the « cart » section and is subject to the buyer’s approval before confirming each order. Any potential customs fees remain the responsibility of the buyer.
The delivery times indicated during the order process are for informational purposes only.
Products are delivered to the shipping address provided during your order, which may be different from your billing address.
We do not ship on weekends or public holidays.
– WARRANTY – RETURNS –
Within fifteen (15) days from the receipt of their order, the Customer may request the return of the Product(s) from SAS SHELTER.
SAS SHELTER, in accordance with Article 4 of Decree No. 78-464 of March 24, 1978, states that the provisions herein cannot deprive the « consumer » of the legal warranty that obliges the professional « seller » to guarantee against all consequences of hidden defects in the sold item. The « consumer » is expressly informed that the company SHELTER is partly the manufacturer of the products presented on the website, within the meaning of Law No°98-389 of May 19, 1998, elating to liability for defective products. Consequently, in the event of damage caused to a person or property by a defect in the product, only the liability of the « producer » of the product may be sought by the « consumer », based on the information provided on the product’s packaging.
In accordance with the provisions of Article L 211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code and Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code, the consumer:
– has a period of 2 years from the delivery of the goods to take action
– may choose between repair or replacement of the goods, subject to the cost conditions provided in Article L 211-9 of the Consumer Code.
– is exempt from providing proof of the existence of a defect in conformity of the goods during the 6 months following delivery of the goods.
If you believe that one of your items is defective, non-compliant, or there was an error in your order, please notify the Returns Service. We commit to exchanging it, refunding it, or issuing a credit, provided it is returned in its original, unopened packaging and accompanied by the shelter-manufacture.com invoice.
However, items returned incomplete or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged and will be sent back to you. Cash-on-delivery returns will not be accepted.
In the case of a refund, shelter-manufacture.com will reimburse you the full amount of your order within 15 days of receiving the returned package. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.
In the case of a product that is non-compliant with the order or defective, you will be refunded based on our standard shipping rates. Please contact Customer Service for further information.

You have the right to withdraw from this contract without giving any reason within fourteen days. The withdrawal period expires fourteen days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier designated by you, physically take possession of the first item.

In the event that you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out the refund using the same payment method you used for the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree to a different method; in any case, this refund will incur no fees for you.
