Because we firmly believe that each of our actions should carry meaning, we place great importance on developing a virtuous cycle for our frames. Don’t throw away your glasses anymore, give them a second life!

How does it work ?

Send us and email to let us know about your donation (with a photo of the glasses you are sending) at hello@shelter-manufacture.com
Send us your glasses (optical frames or sunglasses) to:
Shelter SAS au 7 rue du Bois de Boulogne – 75016 Paris.

Upon receiving your glasses, we will send you a discount code to enjoy 25% off the purchase of a pair of sunglasses on our website. 

Where do the glasses go ?

Shelter is committed to sending all received glasses (sunglasses or optical frames) to the association Lions Club International Medico.
Lions Clubs International Medico is a humanitarian association that supports developing countries and sends
3,000,000 pairs of glasses each year to people who do not have access to them.
These glasses are collected from 14 countries and redistributed across 34 countries.

And where does Shelter fit into all of this ?

We also take part in this eyewear recycling initiative.
All the stock from our previous eyewear collections has been sent to the Lions Clubs International Medico association!
